Tis the season to be thankful

As we enter November, we are encouraged to reflect on what makes Eventus Education special. It is easy to measure a school network by enrollment numbers, classrooms, financial performance, and the number of communities it serves. Those measures matter, and they are important to our continued growth. But they tell only part of our story.

The true measure of Eventus is found in the everyday moments that happen inside our schools: a child gaining confidence in a new skill, a teacher finding a better way to reach a struggling student, a director supporting a team member through a difficult day, and a family trusting us with the care and education of their child. November naturally invites us to think about gratitude, and we want to begin by expressing appreciation for the people who make Eventus what it is.

To our teachers and classroom staff, thank you for the patience, creativity, and dedication you bring to your classrooms every day. Early childhood education is rewarding, but it is not always easy. It requires tremendous energy, emotional investment, and a willingness to meet children where they are, even on the most challenging days. The work you do lays the foundation for children's future learning, relationships, and confidence.

To our school directors and assistant directors, thank you for carrying the responsibility of leading our schools. You balance staffing, enrollment, licensing, family relationships, classroom quality, and countless operational details. Your leadership sets the tone for your school, and your ability to create an environment where children, families, and employees feel supported is essential to our success.

To our families, thank you for placing your trust in Eventus Education. We recognize that choosing a preschool is one of the most important decisions a family makes. You are entrusting us with the people who matter most to you, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Finally, to our central office team, thank you for the work you do behind the scenes to support our schools. When our systems work well, our school teams can spend more time doing what they do best: educating and caring for children.

Gratitude is more than a seasonal sentiment. It is a recognition that no organization succeeds because of one person or one department. We succeed because people come together around a shared purpose.

Our name, Eventus, comes from a Latin word associated with success and outcome. To us, success is not defined solely by how many schools we operate or how quickly we grow. It is defined by the outcomes we create for children, the confidence families place in us, the opportunities we provide our employees, and the strength of the organization we build together.

Thank you for being part of Eventus Education and for continuing to invest your time, talent, and energy in our shared mission. Let us finish November with gratitude, enter the final weeks of the year with purpose, and continue building an organization that makes a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
